Route Optimizer
Vehicle routing on real road distances — standalone, or bridged from a solved scenario.
Route Optimizer plans vehicle routes: depots, stops, and fleet in — routed plans on a street map out.
Standalone: from a workbook

Download template, fill in demand and fleet, Upload workbook. Or try it in one click: Load example (Chicago) — 1 depot, 16 street-level stops, 3 vans, solved on real road distances.
Set a Plan name and a Time limit (1–120 seconds), optionally Model driver breaks, then Solve routes.
From a model
Switch to From scenario: pick a Network model and a Solved scenario, set the fleet per depot (Vehicles, Capacity — or leave capacity on auto), and Bridge & solve. The routing problem is built from what the model decided to ship.
Results
The results panel reports Total cost, Distance, Routes, and Served (with any unserved deliveries called out), and exports CSVs for stops, routes, the full solution, and shipping. The map is honest about its own display: a chip marks routes as road-true or straight-line when the road service can't be reached.
Apply to scenario closes the loop: the routed cost is written back to the source scenario as a new what-if, so routing reality feeds the bigger decision.
