Model Library
Every model you can see: personal and organizational tiers, versions, locking, and audit.
The Model Library lists "every model authored or imported", in three tabs: Personal, Organizational, and All. Search covers name, description, tag, and owner; sort by Recently updated, Newest, Name, Base objective, or Most scenarios. With three or more models, Re-organize library clusters them into groups.
Personal vs Organizational
Models start Personal — yours to rename, duplicate, and delete. Promote to Organizational shares one with every member of your organization, and it's a deliberate act:
- The promote dialog requires a description and a primary use case (RIA drafts both — edit before promoting), and runs a checklist: base model solved cleanly, model not locked, at least one KPI defined.
- Promotion writes a version snapshot and an audit event. Soft warnings don't block, "but other users may ask about them."
- Promotion is role-gated (Promoters and Org Admins) and reversible via Demote to Personal — after unlocking, if the model is locked.
Governance on every model

- Version history — snapshots with diffs between revisions.
- Audit log — who did what, when, why.
- Lock model — "prevents structural changes until unlocked", with an optional lock reason. Locked rows show Locked by you / Locked; admins can force-release.
- Permissions — the recorded permission map per model: Owners, Contributors, Viewers, Promoters, and AI agents. Currently view-only; editing arrives in a later release.
- Data integration — the model's Excel template and validation rules (details).
- Duplicate, Delete (scenarios go with it; the model file on disk is kept), and Edit — reopen the model structure with RIA.
